_{“Suffer More” is the second album from Doomsday Outlaw and it was released independently on 27th May. Almost a year ago to the day I posted a recommendation for their debut album “Black River” which had been released in April 2015. I’d immediately taken to the first album when I heard it and the follow-on “Suffer More” certainly doesn’t disappoint either. What has changed though is the lead vocalist. Whilst there are clear differences in vocal style, Doomsday Outlaw still deliver a brand of Southern, bluesy rock / metal that definitely ticks the boxes for me. I played the track “Saltwater” on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 15th April and “Fallback” on 13th May.}

_{Doomsday Outlaw formed in 2013 and released their debut album in April 2015. Original singer Carl Batten was subsequently replaced by Phil Poole who delivers an outstanding performance on “Suffer More”. The rest of the band line-up has remained unchanged with Steve Broughton and Gavin Mills on guitar, Indy on bass and John “Ironfoot” Willis on drums.}

_{The album is available to buy from the band’s website as well as all the usual places and this time it features 15 tracks. In addition to the two tracks I’ve already played I’d pick “Walk on Water”, “I’ve Been Found”, “Wait Until Tomorrow”, “Jericho Cane” and “Tale of a Broken Man” as my favourite tracks.}
