“Dynamind” is the tenth studio album from Austrian symphonic metal band Edenbridge and it was released on 25th October by Steamhammer / SPV. The symphonic metal genre can be a little hit or miss for me personally, but there is quite a lot to like about this album. The track “The Memory Hunter” was included on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 25th October.
I started uploading Shows that featured interviews that I had recorded to MixCloud back in 2014. I’ve just added the 100th interview to the NI Rocks MixCloud page. Shows that include interviews are usually available for about 8 weeks after broadcast via the On Demand Player on the Rock Radio NI website as well as being added to the NI Rocks MixCloud page - https://www.mixcloud.com/NIRocks/
There are now 92 uploads on the site featuring 100 interviews –
“Curse of the Fallen” is the second album from local band Conjuring Fate and it is released on 15th November via Pure Steel Records - https://www.puresteel-records.com/releases/view/646/Curse_Of_The_Fallen . The band’s debut album was released on the same label in 2017 and it has featured regularly on our playlists. So far I’ve included a couple of tracks from the new album on the Friday NI Rocks Show – “No Escape” was on the Show on 11th October, followed by “Journey’s End” on 25th October. You can be assured that there will be more to follow!

Swedish band Rexoria released their second album, “Ice Breaker”, through Pride & Joy Music on 18th October. The female fronted melodic metal band formed in 2016 and released a couple of EPs before their debut album appeared in early 2018. I posted a recommendation for that album as well. The track “Roaring” from the new album was included on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 8th November.
