_{I must admit that I hadn’t heard of Reds’Cool until I checked out a press release about their new album “Bad Story” and gave it a listen. Obviously, I liked what I heard as you’re now reading a recommendation for the album which is released through Music Buy Mail on 18th October. What you get for your money is an album featuring nine great rock tracks, with a classic / blues / melodic rock blend going on! I’m not really into labelling bands or genres, all I can say is that I like the music the guys produce!}

_{Reds’Cool are from St Petersberg in Russia and “Bad Story” is their second album, following on from “Attraction” in 2011. They’ve been around the European scene for a few years playing festivals and supporting touring bands, most recently UFO. They’ve also just be announced as the support band for Black Star Riders on their European mainland dates.}

_{Favourite tracks from “Bad Story” would include “Bite”, “Hey You”, “You Must Go” and “Bad Bad Story”.}

_{I'm not a reviewer but wanted to acknowledge some of the great music being submitted to Rock Radio NI by artists, promoters and labels both within and outside of N Ireland. That was the idea behind “NI Rocks Recommends”. I'm not giving marks or ratings, trying to categorise bands or compare artists. The albums that I’ll be recommending would be those I’d buy myself, so there’ll be a strong focus on “classic rock” sounds; however you wish to define that!
