Rammstein have been announced as Friday night headliners at Download Festival 2016. They will be joined by Saturday night headliners Black Sabbath, while Iron Maiden will bring the festival to an end on the Sunday night.
Rammstein said: “Download is a festival; it is not a moon landing.”
Download festival promoter Andy Copping commented:
“Rammstein! In 2013 they delivered quite possibly the best Download headline performance ever! I know they will step up and deliver for us again. If you haven’t seen them before, don’t miss them – you will not be disappointed!”

Weekend, day and RIP tickets go on general sale this Friday 23rd October, at 9am.
