_{Local band Baleful Creed released their excellent second album “Seismic Shifter” on 6th June. The band has been extremely popular on the local rock / metal scene for a number of years and their tracks regularly appear on Rock Radio NI. (In fact Baleful Creed appeared in the list of Top 10 most featured artists during the first six years of broadcasting the Friday NI Rocks Show). More recently, they’ve been getting some much deserved recognition on the wider national and international scene.  With the release of “Seismic Shifter” that recognition is sure to grow. I’ve played the track “God’s Fear” a number of times on the Friday NI Rocks Show over the past few weeks and now that the album is available you can expect to hear more in the future!}

_{Radiation Romeos released their self-titled debut album through Frontiers Music on 2nd June. The band was formed by singer Parramore McCarty who was the original vocalist for 80’s band Warrior and for Steve Stevens’ Atomic Playboys. The name Radiation Romeos actually comes from the song “Atomic Playboys”. I played the track “Bad Bad Company” on the NI Rock A-Z Show uploaded on 5th June.}

_{Stiff Little Fingers celebrate their 40th anniversary with a special concert in Custom House Square in Belfast on 26th August, supported by The Stranglers. On 23rd June their new label earMUSIC releases their live album and film “Best Served Loud – Live At Barrowland” on CD, DVD, 2LP and Blu-ray. They also re-release their 2014 top 30 UK studio album “No Going Back” on vinyl, CD with bonus disc of demos and digital.}
