Ten former members of Black Sabbath have worked with Irish producer and singer Michael Suilleabhain on a new tribute album called "Ninth Star" under the name Emerald Sabbath. It will be released on 15th February 2019 via Plastic Head Distribution.

Female fronted, English alt-rockers Salvation Jayne released their second EP on 16th November. This six track, self-titled EP follows on from the release of “Moves That Make The Record Skip” in May 2017. I included the single “Cortez” on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 23rd November.

Madison was a Swedish glam / hair metal band that was active for a few years in the 80’s and released two albums. The second of those albums, “Best In Show” was only ever released on vinyl in Europe until now. On 16th November the album was released as a limited edition CD by Pride & Joy Music. I included the track “Hotel Party” on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 23rd November.
“View to a Thrill” is the latest solo album from Ratt frontman Stephen Pearcy and it was released on 9th November via Frontiers Music. The first four solo albums, released between 2002 and 2008, came out when Pearcy was no longer a part of Ratt, however “View to a Thrill” is released at a time when Pearcy is back touring with a new Ratt line-up. The single “I’m A Ratt” was included on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 31st August, followed by “U Only Live Twice” on the Show on 19th October.
