Pittsburgh band Twelve Noon initially released their debut album “Saints and Sinners” independently in late 2016 whilst they looked for a label. The band has now been picked up by Eclipse Records and the album got released officially on 9th June. The lead-off track “No Way Out” was featured on the Friday NI Rocks Show uploaded on 24th May and the title track “Saints and Sinners” on the Show uploaded on 21st June.

When I recorded an interview with Mat Sinner back in January 2016, I asked specifically about a live Primal Fear album in the near future. Mat had responded that they hoped to record footage and music during their upcoming tour to support the recent album “Rulebreaker” and that we might see a live album in early 2017 - http://www.rockradioni.co.uk/interviews/2460-ni-rocks-interview-with-mat-sinner-primal-fear-sinner-etc.html - Sure enough, Primal Fear released “Angels of Mercy – Live in Germany” via Frontiers Music on 2nd June. I included the live version of “Rulebreaker” from the album on the Friday NI Rocks Show last week.

“4 On The Floor” is the latest album from Texas based band Broken Teeth and their first with the EMP Label Group. It was released on 9th June, with promotion being handled by Rock n Growl. I accidently introduced the band on the Friday NI Rocks Show last week as Australian (I’d written ‘Austin based’ in my notes and had trouble reading my own writing!), but that may have been a bit Freudian as the band do have a distinctly AC/DC vibe and were once referred to as “A pissed off AC/DC”. The track I was introducing on the Show was called “Sinful”.

Off the back of the extremely successful album “Heavy Fire” and UK/European tour, Black Star Riders are pleased to announce a new worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast Entertainment.
