_{Lizzies are female fronted rock band from Madrid, Spain and they released their second album, “On Thin Ice”, through The Sign Records on 5th October. Initially the band started off as an all-female outfit but they now have a male drummer. The band delivers some great metal tunes with a definite 80’s vibe. I included the single “Final Sentence” on the NI Rocks A-Z Show on 25th September.}

_{American band Impellitteri released their latest album, “The Nature of the Beast” through Frontiers Music on 12th October. This is the band’s eleventh full length studio album since forming in 1987. That Show also featured four tracks from the new album; one of which was the single “Run For Your Life” which had previously been included on the Show on 27th July.}

_{Hank Erix is best known as the frontman of Swedish AOR band Houston, but on 5th October he released his first solo album. It is called “Nothing But Trouble” and it was released by Livewire / Cargo Records. The album is a bit heavier than the usual offering from Houston and it features a host of musicians who have been involved in numerous other projects. The track “Turn To Darkness” was included on the Friday NI Rocks Show on 12th October.}
