THERE was a weird arrangement for Slomatics 10th Anniversary gig in the Voodoo - because the openers, Zlatanera had the longest set, and The Hornets closed the gig with the shortest set...nevertheless it was storming night of - well, heaviness.

Any band that delivers top notch bluesy, “classic” rock tunes is always going to tick the boxes for me. It’s a genre in which I’m probably most comfortable, as some “melodic” rock offerings can be a little boring and the heavier end of the rock spectrum just ain’t my thing.}
