Winger release their latest album “Better Days Comin” through Frontiers Records on 18th April. One Winger release never really sounds like another, but you always know that you’re listening to a Winger album, and they’re always worth having in your collection! The previous album “Karma” didn’t sound like its predecessor “IV” but both are great albums. That “Better Days Comin” brings something different again but still sounds like Winger and will tick all the boxes for fans is testimony to the talent of the band.

“Better Days Comin” once again sees Kip Winger joined by Reb Beach and John Roth on guitars and Rod Morgenstein on drums. Favourite tracks for me would be “Midnight Driver of a Love Machine”, “Queen Babylon”, “Rat Race”, “Storm In Me” and “Out of this World”.

The album also comes in a “Deluxe” version with bonus track and DVD that includes videos and a documentary.

About “NI Rocks Recommends”

I'm not a reviewer and I certainly don’t claim to be a journalist, but I wanted to acknowledge some of the great music being submitted to Rock Radio NI by artists, promoters and labels. That was the simple idea behind “NI Rocks Recommends”. To be honest I’m not really a big fan of the whole idea of “Reviews” as they just represent one person’s opinion!!  So I'm not giving marks or ratings, trying to categorise bands or compare artists. The albums that I’ll be recommending are merely those that I would buy myself and which you’ll be hearing played on my shows on Rock Radio NI.
